Pakistan New COAS Gen Qamar Bajwa Important facts

Prime Minester of Pakistan appointed Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa as a new COAS. He is replacing Gen Raheel Sharif due to retirement.

Important facts about Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa

1. Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa was the same regiment as three past army chief includes Gen Yahya, Gen Aslam Baig & Gen Ishfaq pervaiz kayani.
2. He is graduate from Canadian force & staff college toranto.
3. He was remain instructor in School of Infantry and Tactics, Quetta.
4. He has been working as brigade major of an infantry brigade & chief staff of Rawalpindi.
5. He has been working as a commanded Pakistan Contingent in Congo.

Pakistan lost First test Against New zeland

Today it was not a good day for Pakistan cricket team. Newzeland beat Pakist by 8 wicket. It was great victory against world No 2 Team Pakistan. In this test Pakistani batting line again failed in both inngs. Even a single batsman scored a fifty in both inngs.
It was true that pitch for this test not pefect for any test.. This pitch only support fast bowlers. Spin bowler n all batsman badly failed in this test..
Pakistani team wered doing excellent in last few years n test cricket. Pakistan captain Misbah n all team do really well n make Pakistan top team in world..
Pakistan team has to com back in 2nd test, & must show that their test capabilities..

As discussed in earlier article Nutrients is a component in  food from which an organism survive and grow. In common words it is healthy food, a food which make a person strong & prevent from different diseases. So here we discussed healthy nutrition for a female or women.
Healthy food can give you energy , & energy make a person strong & good looking.
It will help a women in pregnancy, boost ability to conceive, do battle with stress, make pregnancy easier. It is also helpful in menopause of women. In any age of women if there diet is healthy then her life become enjoyble & feel fresh.

Tips for control hunger/thirst  and enhance energy

  1. We have to Eat breakfast regularly as it increase our energy.
  2.  We have to Eat regularly means lunch, dinner at there right time.
  3. Grown women should enhance energy with standard protein. It must take 0.8G protein per day .
  4.  Don't eat healthy fats to control hunger, it is not good for this age.

Every women must avoid following thing in their routine life.

  • You must  make less the sugar in your diet 
  • You must Check labels before using any medicine or fast food
  • You must stay away from soda, energy, and coffee drinks

Nutrients is a component in  food from which an organism survive and grow. First we have to clear about An organism. I can give examples of different organism so that you can understand it easily.
Organism examples are human, dog, cat, fish, lions, plants etc.
It means organism is a living being or system those are contiguous. Now i think you would be able to understand organism. Actually i try that my reader easily understand every thing.
Now come to point, Nutrients is very important for any organism. Any organism can't survive without any nutrients..
Macro-nutrients provide bulk energy to an organism metabolic system.
Micro-nutrients provide necessary energy to organism metabolism.
It is main difference between them.

Metabolism is collection of chemical reaction which take place in body or any organism.
For example when any person eat a spoonful sugar then metabolic reaction is take place.

What Is Nutrition- Good & Bad Nutrition

Nutrition ?

In common words we can say Nutrition is "healthy food". A food which can prevent a person from different diseases & make him healthy. In this way we can determine how much what kind of food required for a good health. In technical way we can say it is a process of eating , absorbing & then using nutrients. 
In simple way we can defined as it is process of using food for energy, growth & maintenance.

Classes of nutrients:

There are six major component of nutrients.
1- Carbohydrates 2- Fats 3- Minerals 4- Protein 5- Vitamin & 6- Water.
Every person should use healthy nutrients so that they become healthy, other wise it will effect there health. Poor nourishment may cause injurious diseases like beriberi, malnutrition & scury etc.

Good Nutrition is diet which include vitamin, protein etc. So every person must include these healthy nutrients in their routine life. Children life is very important as they are growing so they need vitamin, proteins etc.
Good nutrients include milk, fruit, wheat, brown rice, soya beans , fish etc.

Bad Nutrition may cause different diseases like malnutrition. It includes Chips, fried things, butter, etc.

Calcium for Human being

Calcium for human being:

Calcium is a mineral which is very important for all female. It give strength to bones. Bones are very key part of any human being. If bones of any person are week then it is difficult for continue healthy life.
It is necessary for blood clotting, nerves & muscle functions. Most of young girls are not get enough diet in her diet , so these women bones are become week.
Age from 11 to 15 are most important age when bones are developing quickly. So every teen girls take calcium in their diet so that their bones become strong.
Osteoporosis is a decease which cause by low calcium in their body

Calcium for female is very importance in teen girls. If calcium is low in teen girls body then their bones are become week. The age between 11 to 15 are very developing age for bones. So in this age every body must take much calcium.

As you know that  human being uses 99 % its calcium for bones & teeth, so that it become strong. 1 % of the calcium play roles in cell signaling, blood clotting, nerve function & for muscles.
