Calcium is a mineral which is very important for all female. It give strength to bones. Bones are very key part of any human being. If bones of any person are week then it is difficult for continue healthy life.
It is necessary for blood clotting, nerves & muscle functions. Most of young girls are not get enough diet in her diet , so these women bones are become week.
Age from 11 to 15 are most important age when bones are developing quickly. So every teen girls take calcium in their diet so that their bones become strong.
Osteoporosis is a decease which cause by low calcium in their body


Calcium for female is very importance in teen girls. If calcium is low in teen girls body then their bones are become week. The age between 11 to 15 are very developing age for bones. So in this age every body must take much calcium.

As you know that  human being uses 99 % its calcium for bones & teeth, so that it become strong. 1 % of the calcium play roles in cell signaling, blood clotting, nerve function & for muscles.
